Frank Firmani, the face of Wine Country Barbecue, started the company in 2018 offering catering and special events, and has since launched products of his own. With a focus now on expanding robust barbecue flavours and serving locally, you’ll catch Frank at festivals, wineries, and local markets in the Niagara region.
Frank’s culinary school background gave him the expertise needed to create his own unique recipes that have won multiple professional awards in Canada and The United States. The accumulation of high level achievements and local word of mouth brought Wine Country Barbecue a lot of success. The goal is to continue sharing delicious barbecue and make great connections along the way.
